Dr. Moffatt has been providing expert eye care since 2001, specializing in medical optometry and dry eye treatment. With over two decades of experience, he is dedicated to enhancing vision and eye health through advanced diagnostics, personalized treatment, and compassionate care.
His diverse career includes four years serving at a Native American hospital, deepening his commitment to patient-centered care, and specialized training in Vision Therapy and Pediatric Optometry. After earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from Oklahoma College of Optometry, he pursued advanced training in dry eye management, offering cutting-edge treatments for lasting relief.
Dr. Moffatt believes in a patient-first approach, focusing on education, prevention, and tailored solutions. Whether prescribing corrective lenses or managing complex eye conditions, he is committed to delivering comprehensive, high-quality care.
A longtime Magnolia resident, Dr. Moffatt enjoys golf, traveling, and supporting local schools and community initiatives. He and his wife, Cammi, are active members of Magnolia Bible Church, where they are involved in the marriage ministry. He welcomes new patients and looks forward to helping them achieve clear, comfortable vision.
